Another damn fine installment in the Dungeon Crawler Carl series. This one gets pretty deep in the emotional territory compared to the previous books in the series, but it doesn’t detract from the usual insanity I’ve come to expect from the series.
All-in-all, I’m going to miss this series for a while. There’s a new (to me) “Immersion Tunnel” version of the first book on Soundbooth Theater’s site, so I imagine I’ll listen to that one soon, and there’s a graphic novel coming out as well…
But other than that, on a mournful Dungeon Crawler Carl break until I think May? Yikes!
